Making Reservations
Registration is not required before reserving a room. However, Naphsis will be cross-checking housing lists against registered attendees. Reservations may be canceled for guests who do not register to attend the meeting.

Reservation Cut-off Date
The deadline to reserve rooms at the discounted meeting rate is Friday, June 2, 2023. Reservations made after this date will be confirmed based on hotel availability, and rates may be higher than the group rate.  

​

Deposit Policy
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.

​

Third-Party Credit Card Authorization Form
Credit card authorization forms are used if the guest holding the reservation is not paying for the room. For a third-party individual to pay for a room, they must complete the Hyatt Credit Card Authorization Form, sign it, and fax it to the hotel. 


Review or Modify Reservations
You may review or modify your reservation online using your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number or log into your World of Hyatt account. Your details will be sent securely. Some reservations may not be retrievable online. If you have problems retrieving your reservation, please get in touch with Hyatt Reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 72 hours before 11:59 pm local time the day of arrival, or one night's fee will be charged.

Driving
Milwaukee is conveniently located at the intersection of I-94 and I-43. The award-winning $810 million Marquette Interchange completed in 2008 assures optimal downtown highway traffic flow. Walking
Milwaukee's compact downtown makes it easily walkable. The 3-mile Milwaukee RiverWalk winds through downtown, connecting the Beerline B neighborhood to Old World Third Street and then the Historic Third Ward.

Public Transportation
Buses run throughout downtown Milwaukee and the rest of the county, including special shuttles to summertime lakefront events. The Ride MCTS app makes it easy for all to get around with route information and real-time bus tracking - you can even buy your ticket directly from your phone!

Biking
It's easy to explore the city on two wheels. All city buses are equipped with a bike rack so you can decide how far you ride. If you didn't bring a bike, take advantage of Milwaukee's bike share program, Bublr Bikes. Stations are located throughout downtown and in neighboring Shorewood, Wauwatosa, and West Allis. The Lake Express Ferry is a state-of-the-art auto/passenger ferry linking Milwaukee with Muskegon, Michigan. The 2-hour trip offers passengers a faster and more direct route than driving south around Lake Michigan through the Chicago area.

ACCESSIBILITY

Resources for travelers with disabilities
The City of Milwaukee and VISIT Milwaukee welcome travelers of all abilities for both business and leisure. The following resources are available to help travelers with disabilities plan an accessible trip or vacation.

All Milwaukee city buses are wheelchair-accessible via a ramp at the front of the bus. Other accessible rides can be arranged through local non-emergency transportation companies.
